There’s not really much to report from this weekend. Today I managed to miss another Formula 1 race due to no TV coverage. Instead I had to settle for watching a live lap time screen with a one line report per lap. Not very entertaining!
Today has just been constant torrential rain, high winds, and 4c temperature. One of my colleagues has gone to La Quinta to try and find somewhere to live, and told me that it was really really hot there. My Mum also informed me that she had been sunbathing in the back garden.
So I hope you are all making the most of the sunny weather in Europe. All I can say is roll on California :-)
Oh I also want to say congratulations to my old colleague Ula who got married today. Marijn, please send me some pictures soon.

Hi Deb, are you getting the floods they're getting in New York? They said the worst for 30 years or something - poor you! We've had such lovely weather here that I had to cover-up a bit today - yes, poor me, Nicky x
